YEAR ON SITE HARDWARE SUPPORT
Replacement of any network component or peripheral
supplied by us, that fails through normal usage (and under
manufacturers guidelines) within the first year of purchase.
After the first year charges will be applicable to support
your hardware but don't worry, our prices are extremely
competitive.
Technical
Support
Networks
can be complicated to administer. Adding new users, setting
up printers, loading new software, and configuring secure
storage areas, all take a level of expertise that might
not be available without a trained, appointed, on site
administrator.
We offer the following support options

AD HOC CALL OUT
If you have a technical problem let us know
and we will come to your premises at mutually agreed rate
and
time to solve the problem. If you expect
to require regular changes in your computer configuration
or constant help with the day to day use of your computers
you may wish to add Remote Control Administration Support.
REMOTE CONTROL ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
We can add remote access to your network system,
enabling us to administer support to your network computers
over your Internet or other suitable connection. Response
times are quicker and this may be a more cost effective
solution when continual assistance is required. Of
course not all problems can be fixed this way and if physical
intervention is required you will need an Ad Hoc call
out visit. |
